Impulse High School Summer League provides a local option for Oklahoma lacrosse players to get competitive game repetitions over the summer. On top of playing, this league is also a tool for our players to acquire more game film to assist in their recruiting process.

Teams are divided and created equally for a fun competitive environment throughout the season. There are no practices as this league is about live game reps. We play twice per week in a double round-robin format to set playoff seeding. Playoffs are single elimination to crown a championship!
