Fee: $1200 ($14.80 per hour)

Impulse Fall Strength and conditioning program is designed to develop our athletes athletic abilities and athletic builds during their off season. Each workout focuses on:

1. Movement component

a. Speed mechanics
b. Cutting mechanics
c. First Step Explosiveness
d. Coordination

2. Strength Component

a. Strength
b. Power
c. Explosiveness
d. Size
e. Body Armor

And so much more. This program has proven to provide our athletes with a strong athletic base to help the fight against injuries while developing their on field performance.
